Will Any of your Repair Kits Damage My Machine
Poor installation or lack of the necessary skills or equipment to install or complete a repair can and have in the past damaged many machines. Please ensure you are proficent enough with the correct equipment before attempting an console repair.
I heard replacement lasers or cheap repair parts can ruin game console permanently Is this true?
No this is untrue. Many parts inside a games console or any electronic device such as lasers are static sensitive so the necessary precautions should be taken (wrist band and GND points etc) whilst attempting any repair or replacement.
Are console repairs legal?
You are advised to seek professional advice regarding the answer to this question as Laws vary greatly from country to country.

I have a preorder for you can you ship the rest of the products and the preordered item later when it arrives into stock?
Any order which contains an item on preorder will delay the shipping of the whole said order until the preorder item arrives into stock. If you wish to have the order split shipped then you would need to contact us via our online helpdesk in order to pay an additional second delivery charge.

How Do I obtain an RMA number?
All returns are only accepted , when authorisation is given, where the package is clearly marked with the assigned RMA number. An RMA request can be submitted by logging in to you account and viewing the relevant order for the return in your order history. Please complete the necessary online form and await for confirmation.
